New (ish) Works

Summer is still in full swing, and I still have a few Swimmer’s Guide to Salt Lake City left! If you’re aching to get your floaties out before the weather starts cooling down, now’s a good time to catch your copy (or give it to a friend!).

I also have a few new embroideries available on my shop, if you’re looking to add to your collection. Check out this green or orange imagined lichen, or a mini green lichen based on one found in Canyonlands near Moab, Utah.

I also have more “Make Prisons Obsolete” prints available with proceeds going to support the SLC Bail Fund

Yoga Classes

As you may know, I am on hiatus teaching yoga for the time being—but I have dozens of videos available upon request! For single class purchases, you can download this TLC yoga class for a restorative, gentle flow class—great for when your energy is low and you’re feeling like something more relaxing. I also have this Yoga at Home class available if you’re feeling like a little more of a stretch, which works on transforming energy and loosening up the self image.

If you’d like access to my full virtual library, reach out to me to access over 20 videos filmed from my Tuesday Yoga Classes that spanned from last fall to early spring. Sliding scale donations available.

You can also reach out if you’re interested in scheduling a private, small group or corporate yoga class, or are looking for yoga teachers for a special event.

I recently wrote an op-ed in the Salt Lake Tribune about how defunding the police is the equitable thing to do. The SLC mayor and city council recently approved a budget increase, on top of a 30% pay increase for entry level police officers—a move out of line with the demands for black lives. The fight for abolition continues despite obstacles that politicians and others put in our way.
